Title
Exploring the Universe at the Highest Energies with the Cherenkov Telescope Array
Abstract
The Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA) is the next generation observatory for ground-based gamma-ray astronomy. CTA will be sensitive to the highestenergy gamma rays, making it possible to probe the physical processes at work in some of the most violent environments in the Universe. I will explain why it is important to study high-energy gamma rays, and how CTA will help to advance our knowledge beyond the established horizons.
